Service impeccable. A l'heure.

I had to plan a complex 4 day trip to the Pyrenees to join a friend on his month long hiking holiday. I needed to be dropped off and collected from different locations in the mountains - and leave some luggage in Pau during my walk. I tried to contact several taxi companies online who claimed to serve the Pau-Pyrenees region. None of them replied - until I came across Taxis Maylis & Stephane. They responded within an hour to my email and we were soon chatting and planning my trip on WhatsApp in English (they also speak French and Spanish). They were super helpful and flexible. As I was travelling from Kenya to Pau, I especially appreciated their comforting reminders a few hours before my arrival to confirm the pick up. Everything went like clockwork and the communication was 10/10. Thank you Maylis - especially for working on a Sunday 🙏
